    The update to Hub Inbox arrived and now no matter how hard I try I cannot get email shortcuts on my home screen. I go through the steps, it tells me that a shortcut was created and is now on home screen but nothing is there. Does anyone have a recommendation?

    Weird. Are you using the BlackBerry Launcher?
