    My Blacberry Z10 is getting switched off as the battery reaches below 15%. i am facing this problem from past two days. tell me how can i correct this problem? what can be the cause of it?

    Update phone OS. Manage your Battery Saving Mode settings. Don't let phone discharge below 20%.
    Get another battery as a back up.

    This could be that your battery calibration is incorrect so the device thinks you still have 15% but you actually have 0%

    Update you OS to the latest version and ensure for future use that you never let the battery dip below 20% as this will probably case damage to your battery. (reduced charge capacity)

    Also, your battery could be getting old.

    Or, as I did, change the battery. Mine was 2 years old, same problem. Got a new battery, BAM! No more 15% shutdown. Plus, they are really cheap on Crackberry shop.
