    I have backup about 800 messages from my Bold 9900. But, I use new one and when I set restore in Blackberry Protect it just show messages, which are already in phohe. On cloud is around 800 saved and in phone is just about 100 restored. 100 messages, that I send or received in new Bold, but not 700 that I send or received in old one. Any ideas? There is some very inportant information, that I need in those 700 data.
