I have been wondering like if we could have Blackberry Customer Service/Outlet in Pakistan, at least we could approach directly to them if we have any problem with our Blackberry devices or programs. We do have them in India and China then why not in Pakistan? And its not there that in Pakistan we don't have blackberry users, there are many and if BB CS do the marketing of their devices I am sure its going to rank among one of the top mobile devices in Pakistan.

Would be great to have agreed. I didn't even know they existed.
Certainly none in the US. Not even sure if Canada has them.

Do they even sell the devices in Pakistan? People buying and bringing them in is one thing, having official retail channels is another.

Sorry. I meant official BlackBerry approved outlets. Ones they have partnered up with to sell their phones--like carriers, or the equivalents of Redington in India.

    None.

There is just one sad little shop in a shopping mall in Karachi that brings in BlackBerry devices from either Dubai (majorly) or US. Passport is not from Dubai because it doesn't have an Arabic keyboard and hence there are warranty issues. The thing is even if we have the outlets in partnership, the repairing will be done locally and I don't trust my device being repaired by noobs.

The organisations provide telephone connections to higher execs only and there is a general BYOD culture. The telcoms used to have only BlackBerry devices, now they've branched out into Androids and Windows, implying the lack of usage.

So I don't see a point for BlackBerry opening an outlet here. But that's just my viewpoint.
