    Hello, I m getting a notification of software update available. I cannot update it directly because of storage problem, but when I connect it to pc and then try I m getting message a message as it is updated to the latest one...please anyone out there can help out of this problem..

    You will need to use an Autoloader, or maybe Sachesi, to install the newest 10.3.3, as the Z3 doesn't have enough RAM to allow for an OTA upgrade reliably:

    Autoloader is a "program" that runs on a PC (windows) that should be able to load the OS on your phone. http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...loader-927076/

    It will be a destructive installation (wipe your phone) so make sure to backup data.

    Better off using blitz method and sachesi if you don't want to lose all your data.

    Do a backup before doing anything.
