[CrackBerry Question]

Hi. My Samung died. My friend gave me her old blackberry bold. I have been able to download what's app but none of my friend's profile pics are there. I can see their status but no pic. What should I do?

It happened to me before (but on Q10 though). It was after I sync'd my google contacts for the first time. It took a while to 'refresh' as the app said. I just checked the app after like 15 minutes and see the usual details complete.

Also, could be the phone number contact format. It seems that whatsapp forces some spaces in between numbers for their list. Otherwise, it's just listing number without name and photo.

Sometimes it takes awhile to populate if you just rebooted or installed.

If they don't show up, try deleting the app, reboot, and reinstall it again.
