Why aren't I receiving calls and SMS for others?

I update 10.3.1.652 in STL100-1 BBZ10 i didnt recived any call but in summary missed call is came also same SMS also not received please give me solution

Which carrier?
Youre gonna have to add a different radio file for those issues more than likely.
