    I have backed up my Z10 before the official upgrade to 10.3.1. There were some problems so I did reloaded the OS using BB Link. After the device rebooted, I did a selective restore only selecting BBM. However, none of my saved chats are appearing. Is there any way to get back these chats?

    Have you gone into BlackBerry World and checked for updates? With 10.3.1 a lot of apps received updates so that they work properly with the new OS features. Check this and your old "chats" should come back.
