apks are Android programs that are being "hosted" inside of BB10. This is ALWAYS slower than running a "native" BB10 program.
You have a version of Facebook that isn't compatible with the old version of Android (v4.4) that BB10 uses.
Because they are built for android not for BlackBerry.
