    I had created my blackberry ID and everything seemed fine, but for some reason when prompted to verify my ID I enter the correct information but nothing happens. I am able to log in from my computer but when I log into blackberry protect my phone is not being shown. Appreciate any help I can be given with this. Thank You

    Are you logged onto your BBID or not? If you go to Settings> BlackBerry ID is your info displayed?


    BlackBerry Protect not showing you phone is a different issue.... Go to Settings > BlackBerry Protect

    Is it toggled on? Can you toggle it on? Are Location Services turned on? Is the correct BBID being displayed?
