Why am I unable to receive International calls on my Blackberry Motion?

AT&T Blackberry Motion. International callers to my number report that their call does not go through to my phone and they get a message like "phone number inactive."

My phone works fine for US calls.

Think you'll have to ask AT&T about that.... maybe they can fix the issue without telling you it's not an approved phone.
