Why am I unable to listen to songs on my Z3 via headphones but that headphone works perfectly on other phones?

i am unable to listen songs on my blackberry.my o.s is 10.2

Try restarting ur phone - Should fix the problem.

Also make sure the jack is going in fully. Some cases will get in the way, and check to see if anything got in the port. Careful use of a toothpick will clean it.
