    when i enter blackberry app world and download any app it gets downloaded and upon installation it shows "error installing the app". there are issues in sideloading apps from 1mobile market and even apk files are unable to install after i upgraded my blackberry z10 stl100-1 from 10.2.1.2977 to 10.2.1.3062... what should be done to make my phone fully operational as before... plz help

    You might need to reinstall the OS. There might have been an issue when you upgraded the OS. If you are willing to load a leaked OS you might try 10.3.xxx as it seems to work better with loading apps, both native and Android apps.
