    I used to be able to see it as a mapped drive when I plugged it in via SB, now when I plug it in, I am unable to see it, so I can not sync or move music or pictures between my phone and computer.

    There is an option on your phone which has to be turned on. It's in storage and access I believe. USB auto detect.
