every time I lunch blackberry world on my z10 (STL100-3) it says no network. check network settings and yet it is connected to a wifi and browses well. bbm also stopped working too what can i do? can anybody help please?

You could try to side load the the store with the .bar file.
Have you done anything in the parental controls?
