I have some problems with my Blackberry Z10.
Since my last update ( Blackberry 10 OS 10.2.1.3062) its keep saying that he is getting an ip adres when I connecting to the WIFI profile.
However the ip adres will never came.
Other wifi networks are working.
I am looking forward to your answer.
On your Z10, delete the Wifi Profile that is having issues and then reconnect to it via Available Networks, entering in the log in info.
See if it starts working correctly.
If it is still acting up, the WiFi modem/router/hotspot that you are trying to connect may be having issues.
If it's your WiFi, try rebooting the WiFi modem/router/hotspot or contact the IT person in charge of that WiFi device.

I have tried that.
The WIFI canot be deleted.
The WIFI profile comes in combination with the workplace profile.
When I connect to an another wifi hotspot it works fine.

Is this a WiFi that is set up through BES?
If so, your BES IT person will have to fix it.
Either way, as it does in fact work on other WiFI networks but not in the work place, this will require the assistance of your company IT admin or a member of their team.
