I understand that to bring the phone back awake, I tap it twice. I try that and it doesn't work so I do it again and it reboots.
It also is always overheating and even says it is taking precautions because it is so hot.
Is there some solution? I had to switch to a cheaper, non-Blackberry phone that doesn't seem to have those problems.
Any suggestions? Resetting to factory settings or something?
What have other people found that works?

Hello go in settings, storage, selecte internal storage and select clear cache. Right afte this hold down power button for at least 32 seconds while you a reset. This will simulate a battery pull.
    Good luck.
