    I continue to spend more time off the network with my Priv because of a "No SIM card" message I keep getting. I called at&t and they said SIM cards go bad and sent me a new one. The new one is doing the same thing (it didn't even last a day). I went by at&t and they told me they could not help me and I needed to call Blackberry. Blackberry tells me that since I bought the device from at&t, they cannot help me and I need to go to my carrier!!! Help! What is wrong and how do I fix it?

    Call the technical support line, going to any carrier store is useless. If you're phone still is under warranty they should replace or repair it
