Do you have any other specifics that would be helpful?
- Which carrier are you on?
- Do you know what the OS version is for the device?
- Was the device functioning the way it was supposed to prior to today?
- Did you drop it, or otherwise damage it before receiving that error?
- What were you doing prior to receiving that error?
- Any more specifics about the error message? Pictures (taken from another device)? Or, just error message text?
