    Hello eweryone. I have some trouble with my blackberry z10 STL 100-1. Software version is 10.2.1.2977. When i trying update it, it says that cannot reached update servers or something like that. I`m trying various wi-fi networks, but with no result. And second problem - when i opened a BBWorld, it says that there are some error and closes. But internet working fine on phone, i can install apps from PC.

    So, how can i update a spftware?

    Try connecting your device to BlackBerry Link, go to Software Updates, then Check for Updates.

    Blackberry link says that 10.2.1.2977 is a last version. But check was too long for me... But i still have bug with BBWorld.

    use autoloader to update latest os leak i have bb z10 stl100-1 i updated it with 10.3.01.1154 worked perfectly.. but after finish installation do not forget to finish basic steps of setup on first start screen when they ask to do setup... please dont skip it ..otherwise your phone wont connect with bb link...

    Or for a safer approach, backup your data on BlackBerry Link then Reload Device Software.

    OK, i install a 10.3.0.1418 OS version, but i`m still cannot update software from device and visit BBWorld. I think the reason is my location (Belarus). For example, i cant download BB Blender too :-(

    No, BBWorls isn`t working yet. I use a Snap application, but it`s very sad that i cant update BB apps :-( Proxy/VPN can help in this situation, but as i know blackberry can lock device after proxy when connected from unknown location.
