    when i open camera it doesn`t show any image except blank screen and then an error occurs "Camera can't be started" or "camera is being used by some other apps" i have checked all the settings,security wipe a number of times downgrade by os but all in vain.

    Hello, can you be a little more specific? Model / version of your phone? Installation method? I'm on the same software version as you are, on a Z10 STL100-1. Updated yesterday from 10.2.1.537 via Sachesi. No problems so far. The only times I received that same error message were when I tried to use the camera app after taking a picture using whatsapp, and before exiting whatsapp's camera mode. And it was before updating the OS!
