My BB9790 died - when I charged it my background had changed to one of the defaults, all of my photos were gone, and I got this error message:
Built-In Media Storage not accessible due to detected errors. Do you wish to repair it now?
When I click yes, it asks something about restoring built-in media storage which I haven't clicked yet because I thought that might restore it to factory settings or something. What should I do?

Built in storage is referring to the 2GB internal storage. If there's still data on your SD, running the repair should do the trick. It certainly won't hurt. Just don't reformat, or it will wipe the card. Neither will wipe the phone.
