    I bought a used 9350 from a reputable dealer. When I downloaded BlackBerry Bridge, the message in the headline displays when I open it. I've tried:

    Reset information manually through different steps within the os.

    I have read conflicting advice on this, one set suggesting only the Administrator can undo this and another set saying a BB Desktop wipe of the phone will do the trick. I do not have a pc at the moment, Im out in rustic-ville for Christmas Break.

    Taking the phone to the cellphone store in rustic-ville & getting a code entered into it that reset it, having the same results as when I tried myself.

    Even tried entering in the wrong password too many times & resetting it that way.

    Still no go.

    It'd be good news to hear that I must use BB Desktop to wipe it. Let me know!
