    I can not find any spare part or a workshop. Everybody refuse the repair in Germany. Any ideas?

    My display had an issue too, but it was still within the guarantee.

    BlackBerry partner for such things in Europe is SBE Ldt in the UK. That's where my phone was shipped and got repaired (also from Germany). I guess they could fix your damaged unit as well, just contact BlackBerry or SBE Ldt and you'll find out.

    What might be a solution is to call the BlackBerry Store in Frankfurt which opened last year, they might give you useful informations.

    My phone was gone for about 3 weeks, just in case you want to know.

    Store in frankfurt was just for a limited time. Its already closed. Google is the best place to search!!
