    I don't understand how to download the latest OS for BB10 from crackberry.com.Please what steps should I take in crackberry.com in order for me to download the latest OS for BB10?

    The latest official software update for your carrier can be downloaded directly from your device via the software update option under Settings.

    If you're interested in leaked/beta OSs, the check out the subforum we have devoted to that: BB10 Leaked/Beta OS - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
    There are walkthrough guides stickied at the top for loading an unofficial OS. Unless you know exactly what you're doing, I probably wouldn't recommend it.
