The latest official software update for your carrier can be downloaded directly from your device via the software update option under Settings.
If you're interested in leaked/beta OSs, the check out the subforum we have devoted to that: BB10 Leaked/Beta OS - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
There are walkthrough guides stickied at the top for loading an unofficial OS. Unless you know exactly what you're doing, I probably wouldn't recommend it.
