since the new software upgrade, i can no longer watch videos stored on the video app, i only get sound & no picture, however they still work if they were stored in the pictures app & are viewable there. what's going on ??
I am copying this post from JazzNYC, another CB user... He's the one who gave the advice:
"I had that problem too and it fixed when I clicked the lower left button to browse videos by album instead of date. Then I viewed a video from an album which worked. After that, when I went back to view by date, they worked."
