How can I find out (or change) where my Z10 loads its updates from?

I have a pre-paid sim with Telstra Australia and they dont appear to do much with BB anymore (though I do note the classic has appeared in their stores).

If the download is from Telstra I can go chase them about 10.3.1, otherwise where do I go?

The downloads all come from BlackBerry and even if they didn't, you wouldn't be able to hack your way to another source.

That said, using a SIM from a carrier that issues the update (or even trying without any SIM at all) yeilds good results.
