I have installed BB Blend on my Z10 and my PC (running Windows 10). I can see files on each device from the other, but I cannot see a sync button or menu option.

Sync? There should be no need to sync files via Blend; it's essentially accessing your Z10 through your PC. The file you're seeing is one instance (residing on your phone) and not actually copied to your Windows PC. This is in contrast to BlackBerry Link (backups) or Remote File Access (which lets you copy files between your PC/phone).

At least it used to do that. Now, since it is out of date and will never be updated, it doesn't work for most people with PCs or Macs running the latest OS.
