[CrackBerry Question]

I bought an unlocked bb q10 and it will not connect to the internet. I can, however, connect to my wifi. I bought the micro sim package from Wal-Mart but have no idea how to get the q10 to work. Thank you for your time!!

Hello Bill,

You will need to contact your carrier or refer to their website for the correct APN settings to use with your BlackBerry Q10. Once you have obtained the correct information you should be able to enter or edit the corresponding values under Settings > Networks and Connections > Mobile Network > APN.
