Isn't the device ID the email you used to set it up? BlackBerry ID. Try that.
I've been away for a while, so someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

If you mean the device ESN/MEID:
In the Home screen on your BlackBerry device, scroll to and click the Options Icon. At the Device Options screen, scroll to and click Status. In the Status screen, scroll to the ESN.
