    Got a refurb from AT&T (thank you). Has been great SQN100-1. Had some reservations about a "refurb," but that was not a problem. Recently about Aug. got upgrade in OS also very good.

    ATT replaced a defective Q10 I had and I have one that was used less than one year. Battery is still good, not a scratch on it and I have a leather case. Not doing me any good if you are interested
