I actually went to check out the KeyONE on display at the Sprint store AFTER I ordered it at BestBuy! And boy was I happy I bought this phone With my Passport I didn't even see it in-person till it came to my doorstep and again, I was very very happy with my decision to buy it despite not having seen it before ordering it. So to be honest, you don't really need to see it in-person before ordering it, especially if you don't have access to a Sprint store. AT&T only has the Black Edition and it's only available online at this point.

I can assure you that the KEYone is a phenomenal device, it's beautiful, and it feels noticeably more premium than the Passport.
