    So, I've only recently discovered that you can't remove the battery on the Q5, i dropped mine a few days away and when i tried to turn it on, it was flashing yellow and red and coming up a battery symbol with an X inside of it, i done some googling and the battery needs replaced, does anyone know where I can get this done and if it has to be a blackberry place that does it, or can i just go to a mobile repair shop?
