Once activated, I agree. The problem is the activation has been a problem as well for many. Is there any harm in saying the device isn’t certified so don’t expect the Android/iOS trouble free activation experience. This isn’t unique to Key2 but any non-certified device. It’s not as if VZW has a BYOD program and this is just some glitch.
Perfectly reasonable but read post 2 and see that's not what happened.

But that’s factually correct. It’s not whitelisted or certified. When the editor-in-chief of a site that receives advertising money from BBMo for advertising the Key2, they have an obligation to be truthful as consumers will give his comments more weight.

If BBMo wanted the Key2 sold and used on VZW, then BBMo should have paid for the certification. There’s no reason to be shady about it. Would they have sold more Key2 if certified? Yes, but it may have not been cost effective. Perhaps, BBMo chose to wait based on KEYone sales data, to determine if certification was economically feasible.

BBMo and VZW let consumers down with the KEYone and Key2 special rules
