Where can I get a Code Scanner in Whatsapp for Whatsapp Web in Z30?

Hi guys, I have a Blackberry Z30 with the latest software. After I did the update on Whatsapp, I looked at everywhere in the application but just can't find any Code Scanner for the new whatsapp web extension. I read that we should slide a finger from up to down as we do it to access settings button, but that doesn't give me anything. I looked at the menus, settings, everywhere but just can't find it, would you mind helping me?

We enabled this feature via a server-provided setting that the client only checks once a day (or on install/upgrade), which the app only checks on startup.

So if its not there yet, just close/reopen the app. If its still not there, try again in a few hours. Worst case, you can follow the other suggestions to force the check.

FYI, you also have to be running at least version 2.11.1167, which is the newest BlackBerry World release.

Same problem here. I'm on the BlackBerry Classic, and recently downloaded the latest version available on BlackBerry world, 2.11.1167. My boyfriend has the exact same version and the option appears on his Classic but not on mine.

Delete and reinstall. That's how I got it to finally appear.

Or just do a restart. That's how I got it after updating

Hey, I'm the one that asked. Thanks to all, i managed to find it after just restarting it! Maybe auto-restarting apps after they are updated will be a nice upgrade, just like computer softwares

Restart your phone, if it does not work, uninstall Whatsapp, reload it, worked for me

I backed up, and then uninstalled and reinstalled.
