I have recently upgraded my BB Z30 software to 10.3.1.1565 and all of a sudden I cannot use many websites due to no Flash Player installed and there are also no app available.
Please advise when/where this will be available or is there another way of getting a Flash player on the phone.

Flash is no longer in the browser. If you want flash someone has recently figured out a workaround.
You really ought to join the website and read some of our articles. You would find them helpful.
