BlackBerry Evolve was developed and produced by Optiemus Infracom Ltd., the Blackberry licensee in India. Optiemus holds no license to manufacture or market devices outside of Indian borders (TCL holds the rest of the world markets for consumer Blackberry handsets). Optiemus has all but given up and can't sell outside of India, so no, we will never see the Evolve stateside.

AFAIK the company no longer sells the phone. They've broken the license.
