i am trying to update my blackberry z3 to 10.3.1.1565 but the error show storage space not available so i remove all the app and move media and other data to memory card but still it show same error. I receive updates one of 988 mb.

On the Inside BlackBerry blog post about the 10.3.1 update, in the comments, they are telling Z3 users to just go to BB Link for the update.
So plug to Link and check for updates, it will download the OS to the PC instead.
