    How can I stop this and open to my home screen? I don't even want Youtube but it come automatically with Android. But surely it shouldn't be open when I unlock the phone?

    You can disable YouTube. Settings>Apps>YouTube>Disable. I dunno what's causing your issue but since you don't want YouTube anyway, you can disable it which in turn should also stop it from launching.
