    Your bbm has been open on another device, clik the transfer and enter you bbid and password afterwards.

    You needl to reload your os using BlackBerry link. I had a similar problem and nothing would help other than that.

    Have you tried using wifi on your device?, because sometimes, if there isn't a strong network it keeps cycling. Reloading os should be your last option not your only option.
