I can hear when on bluetooth in the car, just not through the phone, itself. Suggestions?

Dial *#2886# on the phone dialer. Once that registers, tap on Manu, then tap on audio and listen to see if here you the lady speaking. If not, it's likely a hardware issue and the speaker might need to be replaced.

I'm not sure if this applies to you, but my brother's keyone did the same thing. In his case, it was after he hard dropped it. Later, it started working again after another drop. I think the connection to the earpiece was loose (?).
