    It was said that the release date is feb 19th.
    Is this true or just a gossip ?
    Eagerly waiting for 10.3 official update.Anybody know about it?

    You have to wait for some more time...they specifically said EST 9.00 which means it will take some more tine.

    Sometime this month we can expect the official roll-out to begin, based on current official info. (Although there are many unsubstantiated rumours floating about, including a Feb. 19th release.) Some carriers will be quicker than others.
