It is on the I-Phone 6,Galaxy s-5 , and all Motorola phones. Im told that the Classic has it installed but needs a software update to begin functioning. It will allow me to have three- way calling, drop the third party while keeping the second party on to add a new third party to the call.Without it I have to hang up on all parties and start the call again. This is very important for my business.

The Z30 and the Classic technically supports V.O.L.T.E. however like you said VZW need to add the phone to their supported devices. Who knows when that will be it can be today or next year. It is still in the early beginning stages as they call it VOLTE 1.0 and you will experience dropped calls more often than usual but it is a feature I want to try especially since I still have unlimited data.
