    Does a hard reset solve anything?
    Hold both volume up and down key until the phone reboots.. (ignore the screenshot)

    If the reboot doesn't resolve your issue go into Settings...Accessibility and ensure that Magnify mode isn't enabled.
    Do you have any recent android installs? Could be a glitch which has hijacked the aspect ratio.
