    after the hard reset when i install the playstore then then only the whatsapp application would not run.

    What Play Store did you install?

    At this point YALP is your only "option".

    But WhatsApp doesn't need to be installed from the Play Store, download from the WhatsApp website.

    Remove all of the Cobalt stuff and install Yalp:

    https://f-droid.org/repo/com.github....lpstore_47.apk

    Install WhatsApp from www.whatsapp.com/android.
