I'm running Q10SQN100-3/10.2.1.3175
I tried to delete Whatsapp because it wasn't runing properly.
I have now tried to redownload it but BB World says it's still installed. However it won't let me uninstall it now. Nor start it up.
Please help?

Did you try a reboot after the Uninstall?
Also check if it's still there in device monitor under storage.. if it is then remove it from there..
Also try to refresh BlackBerry World..

Yes I have rebooted mutiple times.

Pull down in BlackBerry world and go to settings > general settings > refresh BlackBerry World
