    Hi guys, I have a BlackBerry Z10, and i would like set my profile pic on WHATSAPP.

    But when I choose my pic I recieve "photo error". I tried different sizes and different extensions(.jpg;.png) but the problem keeps returning.
    .
    Anyone the same problem ore a solution?

    Have you tried resetting your device?
    Reset your device by holding down the power button till it blinks red. After it boots up, try changing the photo again.

    I did that but still got the same problem. Everytime i recieve "Photo error: the selected photo could not be loaded."
    I have no idea how to solve it.
