Just recently I heard about this app. Is an un official Whatsapp client, it is kind of old and has many versions. WhatsApp blocks users with this app but it seems that the last update works fine.

They are banned.. but let's see what nemorystudios have in store after it was made public on insta that there ll be a whatsapp client for bb10 which wont be banned or discontinued.

BB10 client is official. It just won't connect to servers in 2017. No idea if the banned clients still work and don't plan an trying links to possible malware to find out. Nemory is making a BB10 client but it will only have the features of the web version since its a wrapper for it.
