Hi all. After updating my Z30 to latest update 10.3, my Whatsapp having problem which it did not download the picture and can't download manually. I already wipe the phone once, and uninstall & reinstall Whatsapp but the problem still there.

This happens when the sender has moved/deleted the picture from their end. You should confirm from them. It's not related to OS.

Hi Umaima. This happen during the conversation. I'm sure they don't delete it just after post it to the group conversation. This happen after I restore the runtime from 10.2 after updating to 10.3. I assume those runtime are not compatible?
